Return, Refund & Cancelation Policy

Cancelation
- You may request a cancelation in writing within 12 hours of your purchase, though we cannot guarantee it can be canceled.
- If your payment was processed, your order is in process and cannot be canceled.
RETURNS
- You have 10 calendar days to request and initiate a return from the day the item was delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your issuer's policies.
- A 20% re-stock fee will be deducted from your refund for any buyer's remorse returns or merchandise received back in damaged condition.
SHIPPING
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you refund.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
- Personalized or Custom Logo products are not subject to this return policy and cannot be returned.
DISCOUNTS
- Please be advised some items may be exempt from promo code eligibility.
- 1 promo code per order, promo codes cannot be combined.
